Must be 18 years or older to foster
Must be comfortable with learning how to and administering medications (as needed for particular animals)
Must be able to transport occasionally as needed to vet appointments, etc. (we will work with your schedule as best as possible)
Must be comfortable communicating with potential adopters and sharing content of your foster to help them get adopted (fosters have first priority in adopting and we will help coordinate any meetings)
Be responsive and communicative with us, we will communicate with you in your preferred method as much as possible
By signing up to foster, you agree to being contacted by our team about available foster animals, urgent foster pleas, etc. We may email, text, or call (depending on your preference) when a new or existing L.I.B.A.R needs urgent placement
Must be flexible. We cannot guarantee that the animal you are interested in fostering will be available for foster at that moment. Flexibility with rescue is important and we may reach out to you about fostering a different animal.

Must be comfortable with whatever given medical condition the animal may have and commit to caring for that animal for life to the best of your ability (education and training on administering medications. can be provided)
